Dom Mullin was a very nice and impressive salesman. Although I didn't purchase anything, I had a really good experience.

Very flustered, went to check out a Chevy Colorado we seen online. Greater was Aiden he was pleasant. We seen two trucks we wanted to take for test drive. He's asked standard questions told him we would not have a trade in we would be a cash buyer, also informed him we only wanted to test drive the two and did not want to be on a call list, we have other vehicles and were only looking at those two. He took driver license and went inside to make copies and said he would get information on prices and get the keys. After a short bit he came out without keys and Shawna who was the sales manager. She stated they would need to put us in the computer and would only do the test drive if they could sale a vehicle. WHAT?.... Supposedly it was required by state laws or something......xx.......We have bought a car two years ago, paid cash for it also....With this dealership we did a test drive the dealership took copy of driver license and insurance. We filled out paperwork after we test drove vehicle and then decided to buy it..... Additionally Nissan sales associate was going with us so what was Shawna really wanting to do get the info in computer and constantly call trying to sell a vehicle. We were up front with Aiden so he knew we were only looking at those two trucks. Additionally Shawna had quoted the price considerably higher than the price online.

Sales people very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous! Financial department very pushy try hard to sell products not needed because they make commission on said products . If not for Financial department I would recommend to anyone !

My husband and I drove one one and a half hours to Jefferson City, Nissan where we purchased our car to have our service performed. As I handed the gentleman our keys for our 2025 Nissan Rogue Platinum, I stated to him that we needed our tires rotated and oil changed. When he returned my car, I looked at the receipt and asked why our tires were not rotated. He handed me my keys and said it is not covered under your bumper to bumper warranty…only your first three oil changes. I would have paid to have my tires rotated, but he did not bother to inform me and ask if I still wanted the service. He also did not correct the problem when I pointed out that they failed to complete my original request. We won’t be returning to the dealership service department in Jefferson City.

Out of state buyer, moving back to Jefferson City. So, glad I tried a to buy local. Fantastic, friendly, professional, and prompt service! Great price/deal. Perfect transaction! A+++, No surprises! Love my new truck!

Our concerns were addressed when we got our oil change last Wednesday, so an appointment was made for today. The technician/computer specialist drove our car and found a computer error, so he reset the car. Let’s hope it’s fixed! They listened!!!

It was easy to make the appointment online. I was greeted immediately on arrival. The friendly technician explained everything clearly and walked me to the waiting area which was clean and comfortable. The maintenance technician kept me informed throughout the service and inspection. My bill was clearly explained and I was given a printed copy. Everything was completed correctly and efficiently the first time. I highly recommend this facility!

Zachary in the service area provides great customer service. The only issue I have is that surveys include car wash and that service isn’t offered. This is a busy issue and not an employee issue. Nissan fix this for your hard working employee.
