My husband and I drove one one and a half hours to Jefferson City, Nissan where we purchased our car to have our service performed. As I handed the gentleman our keys for our 2025 Nissan Rogue Platinum, I stated to him that we needed our tires rotated and oil changed. When he returned my car, I looked at the receipt and asked why our tires were not rotated. Our concerns were addressed when we got our oil change last Wednesday, so an appointment was made for today. The technician/computer specialist drove our car and found a computer error, so he reset the car. Let’s hope it’s fixed! They listened!!!
It was easy to make the appointment online. I was greeted immediately on arrival. The friendly technician explained everything clearly and walked me to the waiting area which was clean and comfortable. The maintenance technician kept me informed throughout the service and inspection. My bill was clearly explained and I was given a printed copy. Everything was completed correctly and efficiently the first time. I highly recommend this facility!
Zachary in the service area provides great customer service. The only issue I have is that surveys include car wash and that service isn’t offered. This is a busy issue and not an employee issue. Nissan fix this for your hard working employee.

Very nice staff. First time I have ever had service on my new Nissan Pathfinder platinum edition or any vehicle I have owned that they didn't wash and vacuum it after they were done. Brought it back three times for the same thing they couldn't diagnose the problem. After the third time they finally fixed it. But they had it all day on 3 days. And never washed it. Besides that staff was great. Didn't offer a loaner but they did offer a driver to take me anywhere I wanted to go.
I appreciate the help of the service department and supervisor! They caught a problem that would've cost me a lot more if they didn't catch it today just when it was a normal oil change! Thanks so much!

I had been talking to the salesman, Glenn Christian, for months about trading vehicles. I made an appointment and went last night. Best customer service! Walked out 3 hours after closing with the car that I picked. Glenn was very nice, no pressure to buy and no hype. The finance guy, Aaron Schultz, was great to work with. They both were.

Needed to have the HVAC control in my wife's Versa replaced. I had an OEM part that I had ordered. I brought my wife's car to Jefferson City Nissan. The car was due for an oil change, so I had that done also.
Nissan calls for SAE 5W-30 for her car. So they put SAE 0W-20 in instead. Wound up taking it to another Nissan dealership to have the correct grade of oil put in, costing about $82 to fix.

Professional sales staff Sales and financials personnel did not try to pressure me above my financial ability. I was wanting to purchase a vehicle, that ended up being out of my financial ability. They were able to find a vehicle that I liked and within my budget. Sales Rep (H. Watson) very knowledgeable of the vehicle I purchased. Financial personnel made the paperwork very easy. Vehicle cleaned and very nice.
They were very nice and helpful. Even gave us a great deal. We left happy!
Be careful about this dealership. There are differences between what you are told about a vehicle and what they sell you. Our salesman was not very knowledgeable, the business rep was unprofessional, and the vehicle preparation was much slower than we were told to expect. My recommendation is to either avoid this dealership or be extremely wary about what you are told.
My experience at Jefferson City Nissan was the most pleasant experience I have ever had. Glen Christian was the most professional, friendly and knowledgeable salesperson I have ever dealt with! The purchase of my vehicle went so smooth, and I got the exact vehicle I wanted at the right price!

This is my third attempt at making a service appointment. Nobody will answer the phone, nor will they call you back. I even asked a sales person to take a message to the service dept. Then I went on line. Nobody ever called me. So I drove up to the dealer and informed the tech and he said “we are busy.” Then he didn’t want to service my car. After I requested to speak with his boss did he decided to take my car for service. Once you are in the service is good.
Sybil and her team made buying a car from out of state a easy and painless transaction. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this store to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
I LOVED my experience here! Nissan of Jefferson City saved the day. I had been to two other dealerships the same day and was in a terrible mood by 2:00 pm. Kevin and Keith came to the rescue and got me in a 2021 Rogue! From test drive to leaving the dealership, my total time spent there was an hour and a half! Quick and efficient.
Great service, didn't communicate that their was only one key fob until the end of the deal, and then informed me they cost around $300.
They continue to have great service when I bring my truck in so I will continue to patronize this location. Jason was excellent to work with.

I dropped my Jeep off for a 7:15 appointment, and they called me at 8:00, it was already done. Great work, they went out in the rain and brought it inside so I didn’t even get wet.

Poor quality of service work, multiple visits with diagnostic fees and still hasn’t been fixed. Poor service for the price and very slow. Attitude of technicians leaned towards not caring.

Overall a pleasant experience. The sales department did a great job. Emily and her staff came out and did not attempt to do a hard sale. The finance department could improve. Keith pouted when I pointed out I did not want any 3rd party warranties. He was borderline abrasive.

The wait kind of sucked for an oil change. But, they vacuumed my carpets and checked the recall that was on my car. Overall it was a good visit. Best oil change price in town.

The only reason I continue to use this dealership for my service needs is Brian Schneider. He is an outstanding young man, extremely knowledgeable & totally dedicated to customer satisfaction. I’ve owned many vehicles & always purchased new so I’ve had numerous interactions with dealer service departments over the years. Brian is, by far, the absolute best service advisor I have ever worked with. As long as Brian continues to work there I will continue to take my vehicles there.

The service department replaced my tires. They said it would be around 2 hours and it was. We have a service contract for oil changes and we used our last visit.
Absolutely the best service that I have ever received. Brian, the service advisor and Matt, the service manager, were excellent. They took my vehicle in and diagnosed the problem and immediately found problem. They got the parts and immediately dealt with problem. I will continue to take my vehicles to the Nissan Service Department and I will highly recommend the service department to my friends and family. Great job guys!

We arrived at 11:10 for our 11:30 appointment for an oil change. It took until 1:10 pm for the work to be finished. It is unrealistic to make a person wait that long for a simple oil change. I left aggrevated and frustrated and will take my vehicle elsewhere for future service.
Laila was great to work with. She was very patient with us. She was very helpful. She answered all our questions. She took the time to show us everything about the car.

Very impressed with the sales staff and sales manager, I requested a vehicle that was very rare and they were able to locate me one in a matter of a day and we completed the deal in 2 days and within 4 days I had my new vehicle!
